PM Morrison has delivered a 'Herculean effort' on bushfire relief and recovery | Sky News AustraliaSky News host Chris Smith says Prime Minister Scott Morrison has “thrown the kitchen sink at relief and recovery,” in the face of the devastating bushfire crisis gripping the nation. \n\nMr Smith said the prime minister has produced a “Herculean effort” to address bushfires in the nation since he returned from a widely criticised family holiday to Hawaii in December.\n\nDespite Mr Morrison facing a “political pile-on”, Mr Smith said climate protesters should be targeting their demands at the United States, China and India, as opposed to Australia.\n\n“According to climate scientists,” Mr Smith said, those are the countries that “can change the rate of warming”. \n\nThe Morrison government is now “acting on, and changing policy to appease the loudest voices, voices who stupidly think that we can change the weather from Australia,” Mr Smith said. \n\nImage: Getty\n ScottMorrisonMP Chris Smith: class act.
