Scott Morrison is under pressure to apologise for the slow arrival of COVID-19 jabs - with half the population suffering through lockdown for at least another week - as he tells a radio show the 'not a race' comment was taken out of context.

The prime minister refused to apologise and said his government was"fixing the problems".

“Well, we have had problems and we have dealt with them, that’s what I do every single day. Yes, the government is accountable for this and I am accountable for this, that is why we take it accountably by fixing the problems and getting it right," Mr Morrison said. Mr Morrison said the government was doing their best to"get it right" as he addressed the nation on Wednesday.

Also apologise for pushing something that clearly a large number of people don’t want. Stop wasting tax payers money on vaccine agenda advertisement and start looking at other alternatives like ivermectin l.

Scott Morrison concedes weeks ahead will be tough but rejects calls to reinstate JobKeeperPrime Minister Scott Morrison has conceded the weeks ahead will be tough as Australia struggles to contain the Delta COVID-19 variant, but defended the financial support on offer for people in lockdown. Easy when it hasn't cost him a single cent. Scotty doesn't care, he gets paid over half a million, a year and can do nothing for much of it. Perhaps he shouldn’t have claimed Mission Accomplished and dismantled JobKeeper and eviction moratoriums until after he had the population vaccinated rather than just himself.

Very worried to say that magic word 'I'm SORRY Australia' There’s too much negative hype around AZ. Just get out & get vaccinated. It doesn't matter how often you ask the question, 2+2 is always going to equal 4. Because you ask it 4 or 5 times doesn't mean the answer should change.
