Prime Minister ScottMorrisonMP said Australia has “no greater friends” than the United States and the United Kingdom following a trilateral meeting with President JoeBiden and Prime Minister BorisJohnson.

Prime Minister Scott Morrison said Australia has “no greater friends” than the United States and the United Kingdom following a trilateral meeting with President Joe Biden and Prime Minister Boris Johnson. Mr Morrison, who is in the UK for the G7 plus talks, said the meeting between the three leaders was a “good opportunity” to discuss the broader situation in Indo-Pacific but did not reveal how much of the discussion focused on China.

“Australia has no greater friends than the United States and the United Kingdom, and we’ve been working together on our respective security issues for a very long time. “So we had a good opportunity to talk about those today and look to see how we can further cooperate in the future. “The situation only reinforces the need for us to have deeper cooperation”. Mr Morrison said the trilateral meeting was a “unique” opportunity that presented because the leaders were all present in Cornwall.

Scott Morrison meets with US President Joe Biden for the first time at G7 summitAustralia's prime minister joined UK Prime Minister Boris Johnson and US President Joe Biden for a 40-minute 'meeting of friends and allies' on the sidelines of the G7 summit. He thinks he’s there for the photo op. Wanker. After decades in politics, Biden's bullshit meter is finely honed. He sees Morriscum for what he is, a Trump wannabe I am amazed that ScottyFromPhotoOps flew all the way to UK to be on the sidelines. Will he and his entourage do 2 weeks in Hotel Quarantine on their return

The trend is ‘not a friend’ of the Morrison Government at the moment | Sky News AustraliaSky News host Nicholas Reece says “the trend is not a friend” of the Morrison Government at the moment as the positive rating of its handling of COVID-19 decreases in all states.\n\n“Last year, incumbent governments – both federal and state, Liberal and Labor – experienced surging support for their COVID responses,” he said.\n\n“The public embraced the drastic public health measures.\n\n“Well, new polling out this week shows the public mood is most certainly shifting.” \n Stop it, Apart from the bungle in Victoria we have hardly had any deaths compared to the rest of the world. It is not related to vaccinations, it is about early treatment of Covid-19 patients and control of quarantine. Moronson interesting hearing the rhetoric of Morrison with a post Trump USA we have a belief in the need to go to zero emissions albeit with unproven technology and hanging onto fossil fuels by his fingernails Once again SKY 'Just give us the facts and all of them not your BS opinions'

UK trip is Biden’s first ‘big test’ abroad | Sky News AustraliaUS President Joe Biden’s trip to the United Kingdom for the G7 summit is his “first big test abroad”, according to Data for Progress Senior Advisor Aidan Smith. \n\n“This is in many ways the president’s first big test abroad,” he said.\n\n“We are not just meeting with traditional US antagonists, President Vladimir Putin, but also associating with some of the allied nations from the G7, who during the Trump era were usually not as warm with the Department of State.\n\nMr Smith told Sky News the discussions were an effort to mend relations between the US and the UK in regard to trade, 'especially with digital trade embargoes that are being proposed being a focal point of this'. \n\n“Especially as both the CMA - the British regulatory agency - as well as the European Commission are looking at regulating big tech companies - American ones - that are also facing scrutiny in America in the form of the DOJ,' he said. \n\n“So that’s actually one of the things that I don’t think is getting enough attention”. \n JoeBiden Biden is a disaster! EU, USA hit rock bottom how they’re dealing with Russia, China JoeBiden Hey where's your story about ScottyNoMates being completely ignored LOL YOUR leader is the laughing stock, just like .rupertmurdoch is. Trilateral talks with Biden and Johnson were ‘really useful’ for Australia | Sky News AustraliaAustralian British Chamber of Commerce CEO David McCredie says it was “really useful” for Australia to be able to get two of its biggest allies - the United Kingdom and the United States - together for trilateral talks.\n\nPrime Minister Scott Morrison met with US President Joe Biden and UK Prime Minister Boris Johnson for the unique three-way discussion in Cornwall where leaders have gathered for the G7 plus talks. \n\n“I think it was interesting the way the trilateral talks were framed,” Mr McCredie said. \n\n“I think it is actually probably really useful for Australia to get two of our biggest allies in the room together and have those open discussions in a forum which is just a little bit tighter than perhaps with other G7 nations.\n\n“We know that over the last 100 or so years we’ve fought in a lot of conflicts together. There are a lot of shared values and principles that we have that sit underneath that”. \n ScottyFromPhotoOps Scottythefukwit MurdochGutterMedia You know humanity is unintelligent when allies is a thing and it's a dog eat dog world.

Whatever happens in the Indo-Pacific, 'it can't be Australia alone' | Sky News AustraliaAustralian Strategic Policy Institute's Peter Jennings says whatever is going to happen in terms of security in the Indo-Pacific, 'it can't be Australia alone'. \n\n'This is only something we will only be able to deal with if we have the United States here in significant numbers if we're working very closely with Japan, and hopefully India,' he said.\n\n'Australia alone, with six subs or twelve subs, we're not going to be a match for the power that is being assembled in the People's Liberation Army Navy and that's frankly just a reality of the power between various countries.\n\n'I knew from the minute Malcolm Turnbull announced the preferred design of the ships a few years ago we were going to have to upgrade the Collins class and that those submarines would actually be the pointy end of the deterrence spear for at least the next 10-15 years.'\n\n It is far past time that we started standing on our own two feet and stop relying on the Americans so much for our weapons of defence. Necessity is the mother of invention. Only problem in our region is unwanted presence of Americans they are not wanted nor welcome here nor are they welcome on our soil AMERICANS are rasist war mongering sons of bitches who will use us and then abandon us as they do all their allies once they are no longer useful
