Pfizer and BioNTech say trial results showed their coronavirus vaccine is safe and produces a robust immune response in children aged five to 11, adding that they would seek regulatory approval in various countries shortly.

Source:Pfizer and BioNTech say their COVID-19 vaccine induces a robust immune response in five to 11 year olds and they plan to ask for authorisation to use the vaccine in children in that age range in the US, Europe and elsewhere as soon as possible.

"These trial results provide a strong foundation for seeking authorisation of our vaccine for children five to 11 years old, and we plan to submit them to the FDA and other regulators with urgency." A rapid authorisation could help mitigate a potential surge of cases in the colder months, especially with schools already open nationwide.

A Pfizer spokesperson said the companies may later disclose vaccine efficacy from the trial but there had not been enough cases of COVID-19 yet among the participants to make that determination.

Pfizer says yeah? LOL Pfizer has been accused of aggressive and illegal pharmaceutical marketing.

BS!

Children do not need the vaccine

We should add them to the percentage required before ending lockdown then wait weeks/months then add 0-4 to the list and then start at the beginning again with boosters and then reopen and only then!

SBS shameful supporting child vaccination with experimental drugs. No longitudinal studies.
