According to Mobile Nation, there is no clear consensus on how much is too much, suggesting families need to set rules according to individual circumstances rather than set hard limits on daily screen use.Ms Johnson said her family had rules in place around screen usage, including time limits, no devices in bedrooms, and a “buy-in” option for her daughter where she could read a book to gain more time on her iPad.
