Italy’s national birth rate declared a national emergencyItaly's national birth rate has fallen to its lowest level on record. New figures reveal 400,000 births were recorded last year, which has attributed to an overall decline in population numbers. The ailing numbers have been declared a national emergency, prompting reassurance from the Prime Minister to try to boost the population in coming years. Fertility lowered by the Maxine perhaps? Can build-to-rent help solve Australia's housing crisis? Is it possible to have affordable housing and good rental conditions in Australia? It has to be something embedded by design, housing researchers say. not if the Labor Minister for Immigration ignores the rental vacancy rate. Why not make it more attractive to local investors instead of pandering to international investors? If the government stopped taxing homeowners for renting a single room in a house, you’d have no rental crisis. Cheap accommodation and no government intervention.

Millions of Australians to be worse off from tax cutsMillions of Australians are set to take home less of their income as the federal government proceeds with scrapping tax cuts for middle-income earners. The federal government's decision to discontinue a tax offset for middle-income earners comes as the scheme was becoming too expensive. This stimulus package was introduced under the former Morrison government as it was originally a measure designed to support households and encourage people to spend in propping up the economy at the start of COVID-19. Some economists have called this scheme inflationary and suggested it is the right move to discontinue it, but some others suggest it should be extended as cost of living pressures increase. You already posted this and we already pointed out your ridiculous spin. ... but there'll be tax cuts for the rich? AustralianLabor How about freezing Govt Housing rents ?
