Kuljeet Mathur doesn't know what to do to get his money back from swim school franchise Jump - and he is not alone

Rishu Kumar paid $165,000 to the franchise over the course of several months from March 2017 and still doesn't have a swim school after two potential site were rejected, the first for lacking appropriate building permissions and the second for its location opposite a brothel."It’s been really painful and stressful for my whole family and after three years I’m still struggling to recover any money," Mr Kumar said.

Anumeha Ahuja paid close to $230,000 for a Jump franchise in Rothwell, Queensland including a franchise fee of $150,000, bank guarantee of over $18,000 and over $42,000 rent for the premises but all she has to show is an empty building with a "cheap mural" painted on one wall. Last week the court found Mr Trumbull did not establish Jump had made representations as to the opening date and found against Mr Trumbull.
