A man who sexually abused over 200 children while working as an English teacher before he was caught has been killed in jail.

Ex-English teacher Richard Huckle — serving 22 life terms for abusing up to 200 children abroad — was found slumped in his cell at top security Full Sutton jail, East Yorks, on Sunday.Last night a source toldRichard Huckle was serving 22 life sentences for his crimes. Picture: SuppliedHuckle, 33, admitted 71 counts of sex abuse against up to 200 children across Malaysia over nine years, some as young as six months.

He was jailed for 22 life sentences in June 2016 but it meant he could have been freed by his mid-50s as the sentence only carried a minimum of 25 years. The Old Bailey heard Huckle, a former member of a baptist church in Ashford, used his religion as a “stepping stone” for grooming kids in a Christian community.

The judge said Huckle was consumed by and obsessed with his own sexual gratification and his “campaign of rape” was of “deep concern”. British paedophile Richard Huckle would brag about his crimes in chat rooms to other paedophiles. Picture: SuppliedHe wrote commentaries including: “I’d hit the jackpot, a three-year-old girl as loyal to me as my dog and no one seemed to care.”

Good.

they could be criminals, but they're not monsters.

Justice.

Well done who ever did this to the scum

Thanks to those inmates for giving him what he deserves. He would've felt the pain of every last one of his victims

Justice has been served. Today the world is a better place

Enjoy starting my day off with a feel-good story

Best news I’ve read today

Fantastic

No doubt the government will now spend a fortune into examining how something like this can happen. Alternatively, we could just say ooops

Karma is alive in this world

Well, Australian courts would have soon made him a free man...the garbage their judiciary is! The inmates, the hardened criminals are more human than the fukked up judiciary

Good.

Someone did him a favour. I’d much rather die than spend decades behind bars. Thanks to some low-life crim, he’s got off easy now

The guy or guys that killed him deserve a medal . They have done the world a small favor .Best to keep them locked up still, probably still not a good idea having them on the streets, but a medal none the less.

Justice!

Hopefully he felt what some of those kids felt....powerless and terror

So justice is finally served on this grub! 1 less grub for tax payers to worry about 🤙🏼

My heart bleeds‼️

200?

Oh well....

Good

Too bad Justice had to come from the other side of the law.

Well sumone did wht the state shudve done

Serves him right the grub
