‘Over my dead body’ will there be a carbon tax: Angus Taylor

Energy Minister Angus Taylor says a carbon tax will not be implemented in Australia while he remains energy minister. “You said over the public’s dead body will there be a carbon tax,” Mr Taylor told Sky News host Chris Smith.
