This is disappointing. After escaping moneybags, I mean Telstra, I quite liked Optus.

I’ve had a shitfight with Optus recently, all based around the issue of I believed I was mislead. I am so pleased to read this.

$10 million? No, they've got to get serious. Fining a company is ridiculous, they must fine executives and CEO's and perhaps jailing them. C'MON!
