Peter Grundy has spent years pursuing legal avenues to force his daughter, Katrina, out. Now the feuding family are at the end of their tether. Following the death of his wife Margaret, Mr Grundy has been trying to move into a care facility from his home in the country town of Denilliquin, NSW. To afford it, he first needs to sell the Melbourne apartment."I'm not entitled to a pension.

Katrina claims her parents gifted her the Melbourne property eight years ago, a fantasy thrown out by a judge. "The state of Victoria has no other mechanism available to him [Peter] to get her out - he's followed through on everything he can do," property lawyer Justin Lawrence, from law firm Henderson and Ball, told"Yet she remains, and it seems every day she remains it's another day of injustice for him."

Seriously wtf is going on? We have just over 100 active cases out of a population of 6.4 million!!! So now if your municipality has 6 or so active cases it’s considered a hot spot ... these are crazier times than a couple of months ago!!!! Makes no sense ...... NSW Police review underway after video shows officer tasering man in headNSW Premier Gladys Berejiklian says a police review is underway after footage emerged of a man being tasered repeatedly by an officer in Sydney's eastern suburbs. Tasers introduce electrical currents causing involuntary movements, tasering someone while asking for them to hold their arms still is like trying to get your pets to sit still in the costume you just bought from KMart. Good, he might stop committing crime. He was not an aboriginal. More lies and proper gander from the media. Not to be trusted at all these days. Bunch of storie tellers with inflated opinions.

Courses cut, syllabuses rewritten in NSW curriculum overhaulStudents will be expected meet acceptable standards before they leave school and will work through syllabuses at their own pace. There certainly seems to have been a dilution of emphasis over the decades in the 3Rs and STEM. I welcome a drift back. The fluff can go but the fundamental arts must remain. Perhaps some rote learning for instant recall of times tables & spelling is in order! Deconstructing maths into jump strategies and spelling into phonemes is not improving outcomes!
