NSW is just days away from reaching its 70 per cent double dose vaccination target as Greater Sydney marks 100 days of lockdown.

NSW has reported 667 new locally acquired coronavirus cases on Sunday, its smallest daily caseload for some weeks, and 10 deaths.

There are currently 981 COVID-19 cases admitted to hospital, with 195 people in intensive care, 93 of whom require ventilation.Health Minister Brad Hazzard described Sunday's caseload as a "dramatic drop". The numbers come as NSW residents are warned to remain vigilant and not fall into the trap of disregarding COVID-19 restrictions while enjoying the NRL grand final.

"Because you run the risk of spreading the virus ... the number of fully vaccinated adults who can gather outdoors remains limited to five."

Fix the headline! It's disgusting to see how some Australian journalists appear to be hoping to see a child die of covid so that they can prove a point or get some clicks to their article!

The risk of severe illness and death is very low among children due to covid. Headlines should be framed responsibly. I don’t know when will media learn this?

Never forget how this started.

Delete this headline - no child has died of Covid in Australia.

This is WRONG Hazzard just clarified he misspoke and was referring to ICU cases. Change this immediately

The Sydney development boom that set the ICAC on a path to the NSW premierGladys Berejiklian’s abrupt political demise can be traced back to one council’s handling of Sydney’s recent property development boom. Looks like another 'Table of Knowledge' on that photo. A liberal government that has overseen the construction of the worst quality homes one could imagine, developers building crap and then leaving owners with massive repair bills. The developers own this government and Perrottet is on the pocket of the build to rent corporations. I will wait and see the hard evidence against her. ICAC better put up a good how.
