NSW Premier says ‘we’re not going to discriminate’ between arrivals

The comments come after the state government revealed fully vaccinated travellers will not need to quarantine from November 1.

Picture: Getty Images The Premier confirmed that tourists and international arrivals would not be prioritised over Australians but admitted they would be a major boost for the economy. Last week, Prime Minister Scott Morrison shut down suggestions that international tourists would be allowed to arrive into NSW concurrently with returning Australians.

In response to the Prime Minister’s comments, Mr Perrottet acknowledged his government does not have the authority to control international borders but said it was promising to see the state in a position to do so.

This is terrible. So really, Australians are locked out and left stranded for 20 months, and now we are less important than tourist $. What the?
