NSW Senior Constable Jordan Weston faced Picton Local Court charged with domestic violence offences against his ex-partner.
His case was adjourned until June 6 and he remains free on bail, despite his alleged victim expressing fears for her safety.Mr Weston, 28, was charged earlier this month with five counts of common assault DV, three counts of stalk or intimidate intend fear physical harm DV and two counts of use carriage service to menace or harass or offend and assault occasioning actual bodily harm DV.
The following day, after further investigation, he was charged with 11 domestic violence offences and granted bail by police. When asked by ABC News this week why the officer was granted bail by police and not ordered to face court to apply for bail, NSW Police Commissioner Karen Webb said "it was a complex matter".
