The 34-year-old’s bid to go one one clear of Rafael Nadal and Roger Federer with a 21st grand slam title is now on ice.

And if he chooses to stay unvaccinated, it remains to be seen whether he will be allowed to contest the other three grand slams - Wimbledon, the French Open and the US Open.welcomed the Federal Court’s ruling in a statement on Sunday night. “This cancellation decision was made on health, safety and good order grounds, on the basis that it was in the public interest to do so.“As I said on Friday, Australians have made many sacrifices during this pandemic, and they rightly expect the result of those sacrifices to be protected.“Over the pandemic, together we have achieved one of the lowest death rates, strongest economies and highest vaccination rates, in the world.

DjokerNole What crap ! Get over it 7

DjokerNole Who cares.

DjokerNole NickMcCallum7 hope he don't come back,,wich is very unlikely, without the jabs,,, even in the future,,,

This has proved he’s not above the law, if he’s have come over earlier he could have done his 14 day quarantine and none of this would have happened. He also lied on his declaration which is grounds for not allowing anyone in to Australia.

Thank God for our government and the trust we have Beee Beee

If someone visits a country, he/she must respect the law of the land there. If Novak doesn't want vaccines, he can stay in his home country. No-one is above law, n everybody must be treated equally. Many people hav died simply bcz they chose to follow some idiot non-vaxxer

Ciao ciao

Nolee we love you

Let's give this guy a visa so we may cancel it publicly and humiliate him globally.

Bye bye felicia

Wonderful news.

Cause he might spread anti-vax sentiment was the reason 😂 Australia is finished

Fantastic news to wake up to. So enough of reporting about this guy?

There are a lot of us Aussies that are disappointed in our elected parasites too, and that comment would pass the 'pub test'
