The number of people with COVID-19 in Northern Territory hospitals has risen to 62, up from 54 on Thursday, as the Territory records another 432 cases of coronavirus.

The Northern Territory's COVID-19 hospitalisations have risen to 62, up from 54 on Thursday, with two patients in intensive care at Royal Darwin Hospital .

There were 432 new cases of COVID-19 recorded in the Northern Territory in the 24 hours to 8pm last night, Mr Gunner said.
