Four people across the local outbreaks have recovered leaving 77 active cases remaining in the state.
Health authorities revealed on Tuesday that the genomic source of the West Melbourne outbreak involving the Delta variant of COVID-19 was a man who completed hotel quarantine in Melbourne in May, although how it jumped into the community is not known yet.
