NSW Treasurer Matt Kean was critical of the Prime Minister and federal Treasurer Josh Frydenberg at a press conference on Sunday, after a push by the NSW government to go halves with the Commonwealth on an economic support package failed.
After the Prime Minister made it clear the Commonwealth government would not be extending its support, the NSW government publicly committed more than $1 billion in economic support for businesses hit by the Omicron outbreak.
