No apology flagged as Albanese declares ‘new dawn’ in relationship with Macron | Rob Harris

Anthony Albanese says a personal meeting with French President Emmanuel Macron will offer “a new dawn” on Franco-Australian relations and help restore trust in the long-standing partnership.

“President Macron wants to have a good relationship with Australia, and Australia wants to have a good relationship with him,” Albanese said. Macron told this masthead: “I don’t think, I know” when asked if he thought Morrison had lied to him in his handling of the issue. Some ministers of his party insisted France was “betrayed”, “stabbed in the back” and “deceived”. Morrison said in reply that he had “broad shoulders” but he would not cop “sledging” of Australia’s integrity.

Good, as we paid them about $400mil more then was responsible

Why should our PM Anthony Albanese apologise for something he has NOT done. It is a 'new dawn', Morrison is history.

That the Australian public purged itself of the Scomo Govt I’m sure was enough for the French President.

Both are globalists shills criminals

‘We have to practice statecraft in our region’: Kim BeazleyWestern Australia is sometimes on it’s own. We are a bit different than the rest of the country. Therefore we must fine tune our ‘Statecraft’ to our advantage. China is at our front door and we have to be diligent yet welcome to new ideas. China is not going away! The CCP need to put the megaphone away not Aussie's. The only Aussie's that want to suck up to the CCP are the ones making money from them, just ignore them like they have been ignoring us.
