HOW can the system NOT jail this guy, drunk driving & trying to kill a police officer, something is wrong with our system, if this happened in USA he would get probably 10 years, in Australia he gets a pat on the wrist, PATHETIC disregard for our emergency services by the judges

Justice system? What justice system?

I have such faith in our legal system!

If police can't get justice what hope is there for the general law abiding citizens

He looks like an absolute flog. Should have locked him up for as long as possible, but I guess that’s too much to ask from our pissweak justice system.

What hope is there for the Police? Judges continually release this scum back on to the streets.

Of course
