However, Teo performed the operation after telling the boy’s father, Prasanta, via email: “There is a very high likelihood of cure if he [Teo] does the surgery before radiation.”In 2020, another family, the Howards from Shoal Bay, were told by Teo after their first appointment that he wanted to operate on their daughter Bella, 7, the very next day but the surgery would cost $100,000 and $50,000 had to be in Teo’s bank account that night.
