Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu says he is waiting for results in the country's general election, but that he was prepared for negotiations to form a 'strong Zionist government'.

Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu says he is waiting for results in the country's general election, but that he was prepared for negotiations to form a"strong Zionist government".

Ex-defence minister Avigdor Lieberman's nationalist Yisrael Beitenu party, which could play a kingmaker role, could win between eight and 10 seats, according to the polls. Those parties, running under the Joint List alliance, have said they could potentially back Mr Gantz for leader, which could block Mr Netanyahu from receiving the chance to form a government.

"We have an advantage, but I see that we are dependent on Lieberman," said supporter Dina Margoli, 40. He repeatedly warned, as he has in previous elections, that left-wing and Arab voters were showing up in large numbers to vote him out, appearing on Facebook live to do so. Mr Netanyahu, prime minister for a total of more than 13 years, suffered one of the biggest defeats of his political career following an election in April.

He spent the final days of the campaign seeking to appeal to right-wing nationalists - key to his re-election bid - and to boost turnout among his base.

These Zionists scum use the Jewish religion for their goal.... But Judaism is a religion no a country. A Palestinian woman has been shot by Israeli occupation forces at Qalandiya checkpoint.

A Given Choice of Two Fascist Parties isn’t Democracy, it is Fascism !
