Slated to open in late 2023, the 150-seater will be the fourth establishment the chef has opened in the upmarket Sydney suburb since 2020, when he launched Margaret.

With the announcement today that he is opening a new Asian restaurant in Sydney’ Double Bay, veteran chef and restaurateur Neil Perry is beginning to look like the Duracell bunny, lasting longer and going stronger than the competition.

“Our architects and designers Caon Design Office and ACME are besides themselves; it’s their favourite building in Double Bay,” says Perry.
