Awkward.Ultimately, the amendments were shut down, many dismissing it as a stunt.
I have heard this tripe since I was 20, now 63 and no repeat no result. Except draining huge amounts of money. Where are the hydrology reports and environmental modeling and then proceed. It’s not a half century problem.
