House Speaker Nancy Pelosi has ruled out impeaching US President Donald Trump, saying "he's just not worth it".published today, Ms Pelosi said she would only pursue impeachment if more "compelling" evidence against the president emerged.
"Impeachment is so divisive to the country that unless there's something so compelling and overwhelming and bipartisan, I don't think we should go down that path, because it divides the country," she said.While Ms Pelosi suggested impeachment would be too divisive, she described Mr Trump as "ethically unfit, intellectually unfit, curiosity-wise unfit" to lead the country.
