NAB is working to resolve a major outage with hundreds of customers unable to access banking services on the app and website.

NAB customers have taken to social media to express their frustration as the app and online banking system are affected by a widespread outage.

“We’re aware of an issue currently impacting some of our services including internet banking, mobile and desktop,” the post reads. “We're currently aware of an issue viewing accounts with internet banking and the app. Our technology team are looking into this as a top priority to have it resolved,” NAB replied to one user.A pre-login message on the website's internet banking earlier read: “Internet banking isn't working at the moment”.The bank confirmed it was experiencing issues and asked customers to be patient.
