The new list of venues where people infected with coronavirus have visited recently includes Bondi beach Woolworths, David Jones city store, Coles supermarket in Edgecliff and Uniqlo in Pitt Street mall

Queensland health authorities have deemed two cases of COVID-19 detected among the crew on board a superyacht which sailed into Cairns last week to be historical cases which were no longer active.

Six crew had remained in isolation on board, as required, while 14 others were placed into hotel quarantine. In the statement, Queensland Health said anyone who returned a positive test was interviewed and tested further to understand the circumstances of their infection, given the potential to shed the virus long after a person stops being infectious.
