Suddenly, a silver car being driven by a teen hurtles the wrong way down the road, missing the rider by mere millimetres.Police have told Nine News the car driver, a 17-year-old boy, had stolen the vehicle from nearby and had been fleeing the scene in the lead-up to the incident. The teen was later arrested by police, and is now facing a raft of charges including illegal use of a motor vehicle.
