As we had the strictest longest lockdown and yet seem to have a second wave. I think if you're in a suburb that gets locked down, then you get tested at 14 days. If everyone in your household is negative then should be able to move freely as long as you submit to regular testing.

Let’s hope the different cultures living in those flats do as instructed, respect being told what to do by authority, and surrender some of their own cultural practices in order to keep everyone safe. This virus spreads in places like that, and we are screwed.
