The 58-year-old was last seen on January 6, leaving a Kilkivan hotel with his dog, bound for central Queensland.
Police were forced to abandon the search on Thursday, but asked local property owners to “keep an eye” out for the man and his dog.In a statement, Queensland Police said it appeared as though Mr Weber’s car had become bogged on a road he was unfamiliar with.
