Australia's Problem it's a 3rd world country posing as a developed country.When it's not. Shoddy workmanship is everywhere. High rise buildings ,Cracks everywhere,Domestic housing is even worse, Flammable cladding ,on high rise building. And owners are expected to foot the bill.

Fed Govt rejects request to fund Vic Govt's $600m cladding planThe Federal Government is refusing to contribute money to a $600 million cladding rectification fund announced by the Victorian Government today. How is this not an insurance issue or a legal claim against either the manufacturer of the cladding or the builders? Or is the State govt liable for its passing safety regulations? 'The public has a right to know': Buildings identified in cladding audit kept secretThe South Australian Government refuses to release a list of buildings containing potentially-flammable aluminium cladding following an ABC request under Freedom of Information laws. More than that, we need a class action against the state Government Personnell (elected or employed) who have stepped so far out of the the terms of their public role that their immunity from tort (being sued) is Zero.
