Sad but true. Totally inflicted by Dan Andrews terrible management and decision making.Totally unnecessary . Sad for all except the people who got paid all the way through this debacle , you know, the ones that are smiling today cos they are on. Anarchy is on the way.

ffs things are bad in Victoria but please grow a brain PC this is about human life you can't work if you're dead...

That’s because of the virus

oz_jacko I can't understand why hospitality venues are still paying their staff... There's currently no prospect of them opening this year

Should have fought harder.

Nobody cares what a deceitful secretary thinks.

Business can rebuild. You can't flick a switch and bring someone back to life. Unless of course you are happy for Victorians to die Credlin? Seems like that's what you want..

the brink? that was 8 weeks ago

Yup. Dandrews is ok with it though. So let's all fall into line and read our little red books and make paper mache veggies.

she's not an elected official.. her job is to keep the hot chips away from The Angry Seagull Abbott in First Class.

PETA IS A VOICE OF SANITY. LEFT-WING 'WOKE' LUNATICS IN CHARGE. MELBOURNE IS NEARLY LOST. NO TOURISM/BUSINESS INVESTMENT 10-20 YEARS. RESIDENTS WILL FLEE WHEN THEY CAN.

Suppose the alternative is to be like England where they opened up all the pubs etc....it has now come back to haunt them with the prospect over another lockdown if local restrictions don't work.

Isn't it good to know Harvey Norman was boasting Today about his 40% class nb in sales ...!! While hundreds of buisnesses have folded...!! Rich pigs & pollies get richer,, The sheep get slaughtered...

Total wipeout, is that like a total blackout? Drink up sweetie.

Pokies. She means pokies.

Really I thought having the longest lockdown would be great for the economy, the public servants are all good tho, isn’t that socialism they go communist on there people

Sad news indeed. I visited Melbourne last year and absolutely loved it! cityofmelbourne Melbourne

Genuine question from the heart.. Who cares...? Govt.. opposition
