The Lady Pamela docked on the Gold Coast about 10am on Monday, more than two weeks after leaving Melbourne on August 9, when the city was under stage four lockdown restrictions

based on a rule allowing truck drivers to enter the state, despite a ban on most other Victorian visitors.

"Regardless of the mode of transport, metropolitan Melbourne stage four restrictions apply to all metropolitan Melbourne residents." As the boat departed Victorian waters, Ms Simonds posted a photograph of the coastline on social media with four emojis of a thumbs down symbol, a face wearing a mask and two suns.On August 15, the vessel dropped anchor in North Arm Cove and Corlette near Port Stephens, before again stopping in Coffs Harbour.

ASX_paul blocked me because he defended greedy entitled rich yachty who is under investigation in 2 states for breaking terms of their exemption by visiting several ports along the way. He tweeted me today: they have more than enough to pay fines. He approves of crim behaviour.

So yachts can't be serviced in Victoria. What a crummy State. I'd sell my yacht in that situation if I had one. I am guessing they needed it swept out and the dishwasher unloaded.

And they get to pay for 14 days in hotel lockdown in queensland because they all went ashore in NSW. 😂😂

Good on them . All of Melbourne wishes they could sail away from Dan’s dark Melbouene.

I guess that was the motivation for the positive fundraising story about Simonds generous philanthropy that TV stations were running yesterday.

If I had the money, i would do exactly the same. Good for them. Money ought to be good for something

eat the rich

How can we be 'all in this together' when we first let the super rich exist and become super rich, and then let them Lord it over us like this. An entire state in lockdown but this guy gets to do whatever he wants?

ah, money...if only... If this sort of thing doesn't give people the sh*TS about greed & power abusing privilege then nothing will...

It is difficult to support or admire this behaviour. We have all been forced to change our plans.I don't think this shows a lot of common sense.

Makes me sick. This whole thing is a freakin joke. I can’t see my new little grand baby or my sick dad yet these asshole can just do as they please. Open the freakin borders.

I want to be your deck hand, how much you pay?

Oh to be rich selfish and above the law....

Good on them

Oh to be this privileged is disgraceful

Suck shit, poor people!

That’s Oz!

But a family has to fight to get their sick daughter home for recovery after a major operation. Corrupt. Corrupt. Corrupt.

See You Next Tuesday. Can l live in your Toorak mansion(s) while you are away? There seems to be alot of empty mansions in Toorak...

Ain't no ladies there...

This is a perfect picture of the stupidity of our society

Legend.

How do the wealthy keep getting away with thumping their nose at the rest of us 😷

Parking fines and fees quietly dumped across Melbourne during lockdownMelbourne motorists have never had a better chance to avoid parking fines, with 31 councils across the city's inner suburbs quietly winding down fine enforcement amid tough stage four restrictions. Assuming everyone who is parked in suburban streets is a resident or intimate 🤢 partner, wouldn’t it be easier if intimate partners just pissed off home to their own house And speed cameras? Apparently there for our safety 🤔 Winding down Shouldn’t they have stopped completely a month ago?
