Kaye Bagley is being treated for the rare side effect of blood clotting on her brain after getting theThe 68-year-old is in good spirits but was surprised by the reaction she had."I wanted to join the team and do it for the country," Ms Bagley said.Due to COVID-safe rules in place, Kaye Bagley and her daughter can only speak through a screen.The Sunbury grandmother started to get a piercing headache about five days after receiving the shot.

Ms Wardan - a nurse of 20 years - said her mother's doctor confirmed her condition was linked to the shot. "I felt sorry for mum because she had done the right thing, and she had been that one in whatever that number is that ended up in this situation."they just want people to be aware of the possible side effects and signs of clotting - which include headaches, chest pain and shortness of breath.
