Offering nationally recognised and award-winning certifications in the business, retail, food service and hospitality sectors, McDonald’s invests more than $40 million into training and development initiatives each year.
One of Australia's largest employers has embarked on a big recruitment drive. maccas' is looking to fill more than 14,000 positions in its 1,025 restaurants. In New South Wales alone, 4,800 jobs are on offer. The roles include crew, barista, delivery, maintenance and management.
I’d apply for a job there if their normal pay rate was over $30+ per hour with penalty rates at or above 250% of the normal rate. Those rates should definitely help in their recruit recruitment blitz!
They might start by offering decent wages.
