“You can see sides that do it really well, I think Geelong for a long period of time have done it really well. “I seriously think the one thing they should concentrate on going forward is: ‘How can I be a better teammate and give more of myself over on game day?’Lewis pointed out that some players have a tendency to solely point the finger at others instead of owning their actions and situation.

“There’s probably guys going: ‘Maybe I’m playing for my career. I’m certainly playing for my spot’. Potentially an element of looking after your own backyard comes into the equation,” he said.
