Man wanted over hit-and-run in Adelaide turns himself into police

A man wanted in relation to a fatal hit-and-run in Adelaide's south on Tuesday has handed himself into police.A 20-year-old Sellicks Beach man died at the sceneMichael Henley attended Christies Beach Police Station just before 9:00am on Friday morning and was arrested.

The Ford failed to stop at the scene and was later found burnt out in a gully off the Southern Expressway at Reynella.in connection with the crash and on Wednesday night named Mr Henley as the suspected driver. Police said Mr Henley was expected to be charged with manslaughter, causing death by dangerous driving, failing to stop at the scene of a crash and failure to comply with the Emergency Management Act.Investigations into the crash continue and anyone with information is urged to contact Crime Stoppers.
