A Gold Coast man has been sentenced for assaulting two workers who were about to disconnect the power to his Upper Coomera business after he hadn't paid the bill.

The Southport Magistrates Court heard business owner Brendan Romaine told the workers not to disconnect his power, because his wife was about to pay the bill. But the workers said they had "no choice" and had to complete the job. A frustrated Romaine then slapped the clipboard out of the hands of one of the workers, the court heard. He told the other worker to take his sunglasses off and then proceeded to hit him in the face.

The court heard Romaine was handed the disconnection notice just three minutes prior, and was waiting for the receipt to come through on his phone.

The ones that get help or supposedly get help, learn to play the system and fool the specialist and get out and some put others in harm or harm themselves. Don't do drugs kids! Shocking! Are they from the Aboriginal community of Australians overcoming inter-generational trauma and economic loss too since first contact by British White demons in the Indo-Asia-Pacific of Colour?
