A man has been charged with allegedly sexually touching a five-year-old girl in a Sydney shopping centre last week.Investigators from the Child Abuse and Sex Crimes Squad arrested a 58-year-old about 3.45pm and he was taken to Waverley Police Station.The man, from Dover Heights, was charged with 11 counts of intentionally sexually touching a child under 10 years.

He was refused bail and appeared at Parramatta Bail Court on Saturday, where he was formally refused bail again.
