The alleged sexual assault occurred inside a toilet block near a supermarket in Heidelberg on Burgundy Street about 1.20pm last Friday. Police allege the 45-year-old Kew man followed the 15-year-old girl inside the cubical, before sexually assaulting her.The man then walked with the victim to a nearby hotel where she alerted staff and police were called.He was remanded to appear before Melbourne Magistrates' Court on 30 July.
