Detectives from the Armed Crime Squad arrested a 25-year-old Cranbourne East man and 21-year-old Clyde North woman in Mount Waverley on Wednesday, with investigators also seizing a firearm. A 47-year-old man who was also in the vehicle at the time of the shooting was not physically injured.
