A Sydney man accused of the ongoing sexual abuse of four women over a seven-year period will today face court.
The NSW Police Child Abuse and Sex Crimes Squad first began investigating the alleged abuse after receiving reports in August 2018 about the indecent assault of an 18-year-old woman when she was a child. Three more women – aged 40, 41 and 59 – then also came forward and accused the same man of sexually, indecently and physically assaulting them.
Police will allege in court the man sexually abused the four women on multiple occasions between 1998 and 2005, and that the abuse of one of the women began when she was just four years old.He has since been charged with 14 offences, including assault occasioning actual bodily harm, indecent assault of a person under the age of 16 and 10, sexual assault without consent, and forcibly abducting a woman with the intent of sexual intercourse.
