Good morning Alicia, did u see the news? China has recorded 137 new cases in the province of Xinjiang...China detected 137 new asymptomatic coronavirus cases on Sunday in Kashgar in the northwestern region of Xinjiang after one person was found to have the virus the previous day —the first local new cases for 10 days in mainland China.
The new cases marked mainland China's first local infections since October 14, when one was detected in Qingdao. Xinjiang was the site of a local cluster in August, but no new cases had been found in the region since August 15.As of Sunday afternoon, more than 2.84 million people had been tested and the rest would be covered by Tuesday, the city government said in a statement.

Know WHY we're still in lockdown? Stupid c**TS constantly bagging Dan - do you know what happens if your nervous about your job? You do EVERYTHING with utmost caution for fear slightest mistake will cost your job. Maybe if MSM weren't bastards we'd be open via confident Premier?
Great job, Victoria!!
Wait, why have they got Jason Statham in to make Coronavirus announcements?
I'd still like to know , what constitutes an 'active case'? Does it mean they are ill with Covid, or does it mean that the tests were positive and they will remain active until a further test is negative?
Congratulations, Melbourne, and deep thanks to you from the rest of the country !
Just another 3 months of lockdown... its unfortunate but we must wait to get 3 months of no cases before we open up Dandemic lockdownMelbourne vicpol auspol
We need to go to level ten restrictions. Handcuff everyone to their beds.
Reopen gyms now please.

And still no retail or hospitality opening. Victorians being played by a control freak.
Spin that.
Is Victoria part of some psychological or social experiment? Nothing makes sense, just feels like our leaders and experts are intent on breaking our resolve. Well they won’t but enough, ENOUGH, ENOUGH!!! Set us free!
only one person wont be happy DAN
But what have they done with Brett?
Well Victoria 👍
Well that was worth all the disapointment yesterday Dan good call, u panic at every turn maybe u and your dodgey staff should just isolate while we get on living.
Lord help the Lord Mayor. The male hosts logic is refreshing.
Bit of roller coaster ride with the screams, the terror, the laughter the relief. End of day , every one wants the best for Melbourne, like teenagers to protective nannies. Move on Melbourne.
Unsustainable - there will be other outbreaks and if govt can’t manage them without closing down state each time we are screwed and if in the future they can how do they justify this.
That face says what we’re all thinking “pheeeew”
Don’t worry there will be a new target set for us today to ensure we don’t reopen.
I'm not that nice a person sometimes, so I must say I find it amusing that media, politicians, so called 'medical experts'( note to ABC,dump that fear mongering N Swan) who have ramped up the fear of a cold, imposed ridiculous restrictions are now screaming for relief.
So not that contagious outside the family home. Thats why we're seeing very little onward spread. Genetic connections, biologically linked to family and no onward spread. Fascinating stuff!!
LIFT RESTRICTIONS PLEASE DanielAndrewsMP
That's fantastic news.
that Horse is dead leave it alone it Stinks!!
Fake testing gives “cases” - this is almost certainly not infection or any sign of disease.
Melbourne news
Proudly best to lock down until next Christmas though.... just to be sure. Oh and everyone gets an ankle bracelet.
Hmmm, so what was all the outrage yesterday by all media outlets where they went crazy?
