Russia's foreign minister says his country is committed to preventing nuclear war
Sergei Lavrov said Russia "has never interrupted efforts to reach agreements that guarantee that a nuclear war never develops". The upcoming anniversary of Russia's liberation at the end of World War II will have no bearing on Moscow's military operations in Ukraine, he said
If Russia was committed to denuclearisation, it would have got rid of Putin by Now.
They should be committed to preventing it, Russia will be turned into a carpark for China, if they start anything.
