All eyes are on the numbers coming out of Victoria today, as Melbourne endures what it hopes will be its final weekend under maximum restrictions. Follow live.

Good morning Jacqui, I hope you have a great day on the blog! Milo at a cafe? No. Milo is for night time, in your jimjams, snuggled under a blankie. If a cafe is bringing in Milo, there needs to be some kind of scoop oversight. I like 2 heaped teaspoons, but my partner likes his with half the tin. If you're going to offer Milo to the masses, they'll need to be prepared to meet everyone's different needs.

So, yes, I suppose the question is whether cafes have the capacity to tailor the Milo to the customer.

Coronavirus updates LIVE: Victoria records 14 COVID-19 cases as Daniel Andrews confirms ease of state's restrictions this weekend; Australian death toll stands at 869Victoria's 14-day rolling average of COVID-19 cases has fallen to 25.1, below the 30-50 bracket required to move forward on September 28. New South Wales will now allow up to 20 people on a wedding dance floor, and Queensland has gone 14 days without community transmission and announced some easing of restrictions from October 1. Globally there are more than 32 million cases of coronavirus, and almost 980,000 deaths. We get daily cases from returned travelers. So where are we evacuating infected “Australians” from? So we're a country that imports COVID19. If so, then why are we allowing anyone back in at all?
