Whistle-blower Mahmood Raza Mazher says live cattle exports are “treated better than crew members on board”, are properly fed and watered and if animals are ever sick, they are treated by a vet. Emails have revealed Animals Australia strategy director Lyn White offered to pay for ‘valuable’ footage of live sheep exports last year.

As a deck worker on a live export ship Mr Mazher said he has never seen cattle suffering and believes the videos and images of poorly treated exports is a case of “cash for cruelty” with people inflicting pain on animals in order to be paid. Despite earning $2,000 in total for images he sent, a year’s worth of his wages, Mr Mazher said he is voluntarily speaking out because it’s his “moral responsibility” to tell the truth of the matter.

The video I saw was of heat stressed SHEEP dying in their own excrement. If someone turned off the ventilation, surely other crew members would have noticed and something done about it.

Viola1500 What a load of CRAP live stream film on the voyage. Do you think we are dumb

Would he even know what cattle suffering is?

✅ 'Sky's The Limit' for exaggeration of all topics which are Left of the Hard Ratbag Right! ✅ Did any Producers of Sky News encourage 'Honesty Through Financial Incentivisation'? ✅ Morrison's LNP Govt should promote Sky News to all High School kids over 15, ripe 4 future votes

And how much was he paid to say that...

Well in that case, can we have live cameras so I can see how food is prepared? Since there is nothing to hide, right? It's nearly 2020.

He is in denial, which means nothing will get done about it. He is a joke Now let's compare renewable energy uptake to other developed nations
