Liberal MP Stuart Robert says the Liberals need to “look harder at what went wrong” and how they can “better attune” themselves to what Australians are looking for in a centre-right party.

“You can expect us to come out straight from the blocks, anchored as a centre-right party, anchored in areas where we got great swings to us across seats – Queensland did exceptionally well,” he told Sky News host Sharri Markson.

“You will see us stand up for aspirational Australians, come out of the blocks hard, and hold Mr Albanese to account, because he promised that everything would be cheaper – and things are about to get very hard for this government that has no economic plan.”

The choices made for the leadership show they haven't looked at all, yet.

the liberals were infiltrated by the CIA, Mossad and the radical left will any of this change? Will we be implementing Israeli policy or Australian policy

Pretty simple, really. Though I think it's beyond them even to consider NOT funnelling taxpayer dollars into the pockets of their friends and themselves.

No doubt the influenced Brian Loughnane will dress it up and assure the Libs, newscorp still has their back.

Maybe stopping the endless lies, rorts & gas lighting would be a good start? Just a thought...

Maybe they actually need to be centre-right, as recognisable to John Q. Citizen, not the Sky and the After Dark Screamers version of centre right.

A fairly large part of your answer is in both the headline and picture.

Dear Stuart Robert, perhaps a good place to start would be to stop the lies, willful deceit and theft by replacing them with honesty, integrity and paying one's own personal expenses out of one's own pocket! What do you think? auspol qldpol

Well for a start stuartrobertmp and ScottMorrisonMP went wrong. Robodebt was a national disgrace and probably one of the reasons the coalitions integrity commission model wouldn't act retrospectively. Add to that a pathetic and glacial response to women, climate & floods. Gone!

We’re actually looking for their absolute absence. LNP is the party of the religious zealot, the bigot and the misogynist, the unevolved dinosaur, the science denialist, the ‘opinion over evidence’ brigade. The spewers of bilious hate, the party of division and hollow grifters.

Oh, that's easy: We're not looking for a centre-right Party.

Primary votes says nothing wrong......Our election model is broken.

Look in a mirror ! Look at the unsurpassed level of corruption evident !

Stuart Robert, part of the problem looking for answers other than him.

Why don’t you actually listen?

The coalition still got more overall votes than Labor, just not in the seats they needed them. I think their campaign was too nice, Labor/media ran a smear campaign on Morrison and it worked.

I preferred the cooking shows than this storyline.

LNP in safe hands

A mirror would help.

Honesty & integrity would be a good place to start, Stuart Robert! Couldn't get much lower than Robodebt!

How is it so hard to understand.

Oh just shut up already and get on with the referendum into removing the Nuclear power bans in Australia. It will make it a bit hard to use our Nuclear submarines if they can't come to shite for us to attend too and we need a Nuclear industry any ways, for obvious reasons.

Hey stuartrobertmp you don't have to look hard, Just grap a mirror.

Everyone ‘trying to get their version’ of what went wrong for LiberalsState Governments threw them under the bus because they didn't want the blame for lockdowns and everything else they got wrong regarding natural disasters. One word ARROGANCE. After 9 years in Govt LNP became self serving and forgot who they worked for. After Malcolm Turncoat finished sh*tting in his own nest, the Liberal party is no longer a Conservative party - they are just full of sh*t. That's what drove corybernardi to start another party.

Taking action on climate change ‘won’t stop China’s aggression’Sharri doing her best to defend the poor decisions of the Morrison government SharriMarkson Sharri ... The 'absurb' part is that don't understand the basic issue. It is the leaders of the Pacific nations that are concerned about climate change NOT the Chinese. With Scott & co failure on climate change do you think the Pacific Islands will be happy? No one claimed China’s actions in the South Pacific are caused by SM and his lack of action on climate change. The claim was Solomon Islands actions were a result of SM and his lack of action on CC. China will take any advantage they can. SM opened the door and invited them in

Albanese: Australia needs to ‘reengage’ with Pacific IslandsYour thoughts on vaccine mandates in the light of Professor Doherty's latest statement? Australia can’t out bribe China. It’s a CCP false meme that US & AU don’t build infrastructure for the islands which is why they turn to China. The corrupt PMs don’t care. CCP bribes them, they give natl assets to 🇨🇳. If AU build ports for the islands, CN will control the govts Whatever happened to just laughing at them and sticking your fingers in your ears for 10 years?

Albo’s got business onsideOPINION: Leading business figures have confided in Chanticleer about where Scott Morrison went wrong, and why Prime Minister Anthony Albanese will get their support. Let me guess—- the all said Morrison made a mistake by giving out $38,000,000,000 to businesses that didn’t need it and refused to give it back to taxpayers? Talk about morally and ethically corrupt.
