Manly great Owen Cunningham has revealed new details about the disgraceful Magic Round brawl that left his son with a broken nose.

Cunningham has now spoken publicly about the incident, telling Wide World of Sports' 4BC radio his family was set upon by several people.

"My son was sitting in front of us with his girlfriend. They ended up in a bit of an argument, and my oldest lad turned around to the guy and said 'mate, what's your problem?'. He turned to watch the game again then he's been whacked in the back of the head."

Musicians and crowds rock out in rain, mud at flood relief concertThousands of people have trekked through mud deep enough to lose a gumboot in to see big-name musicians at a free flood relief concert in devastated Northern NSW. Ah yes, that thing when PeterDutton_MP launched a gofundme. I love it when big musicians play for free. It sets the standard for every other musician who is persistently asked to play for free or for next to nothing because that’s what’s expected. Thanks Big Music Names. You’ve earned exposure bucks at the expense of others. Pricks.
