NRL stars Latrell Mitchell and Jack Wighton have been arrested in Canberra following an altercation at a nightclub on Saturday night.

The superstar pairing and close mates were celebrating Wighton’s 30th birthday on Saturday night when the alleged incident broke out.

Picture: Getty Images An ACT Policing spokesperson confirmed the pair were arrested to SkyNews.com.au following a “fight in a public place”. “Two men - a 30-year-old from Bywong, NSW and a 25-year-old man from Chifley, NSW - were arrested at the scene.
