There is nothing progressive in the government's policy for land tax rebates. The biggest land tax rebates will go to the richest landlords and tenants. Poorer landlords and tenants will generally get nothing. How do they justify it?

The ad hoc manner by which so-called relief packages are being handed out would suggest governments had no idea as to the scope of a pandemic. They did not plan in any way for the worse case scenario. Time to think very hard when voting time comes around.
